Though this will be my second trip to Kerala in a span of two years and I am very much aware of all the places, even then before planning for the same, I searched a lot thru internet and finally decided to take the services of SEASONZ INDIA HOLIDAYZ.
Hi Soju, Thanks for the very wonderful experience we had on our Kerala trip. All places were really amazing : Cherai Beach, Munnar, Thekkady, Allepy, Kumarkaom. Would like to compliment Neethu & Geethu for their stupendous job in organizing the trip; the best and most thorough and conscientious service I have received from a travel agent. Many thanks for making this worry-free experience. You guys took real care right from planning and customization of the package to my requirement and above all being flexible to adjust to my last minute additions. It was my first long distance travel with my kid and never had any issues with resorts, or the cab provided nor the chauffeur. What impressed me the most is your transparency of process, let it be for booking resorts, or adding a new destination to the package or providing extra service, also the care you guys took to understand what I really needed and the type of resorts that I was looking for.

I would really thank from the bottom of my heart for wonderful service provided by you people. A Big Thanks for Soumya for her timely help, whether day or night, she was always ready to help. We were 2 couples from Hyderabad, worrying about language problem. But that din't bother us, because the driver provided by them was fluent in hindi. His name was Noufal, really very helpful person. The hotels and resorts provided by the team were really lover, neat, clean and tasty food. The package they offered was well customised n perfect. I am suggesting this is place for those who prefer happy and safe journey. Really worth the money we invest. Finally it was a memorable tour and beautiful experience. We had a very good driver in Mr. Arun who was our guide as well as a driver. All the hotels selected by you for our stay were excellent. The hotels were decent and provided a comfortable stay. We had taken up a houseboat in the backwaters and it was amazing. The famous backwaters of Kerala were breathtaking and the beauty just enamors you. The meals provided on the houseboat gave a taste of Kerala cuisine and it was both in abundance and sumptuous. The Seasons India Holiday, is doing a great job in showing what great customer services is all about.
